PUBLICATION OF THE 2024 PROCUREMENT PLAN

In line with the ethos of good corporate governance, transparency and pursuant to Section 57 of the Public Procurement Act Number 8 of 2020, the Food Reserve Agency (FRA) has prepared a Procurement Plan for the year 2024 which can be accessed on the Electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) System (www.zppa.org.zm/epps) or on the Zambia Public Procurement Authority (ZPPA) website (www.zppa.org.zm).

The Agency (FRA) also wishes to advise all prospective suppliers that:

1. the published Procurement Plan is not an invitation for bids. Bids will be invited when required; 

2. the dates indicated in the Procurement Plan are tentative and may not be the actual dates for execution of the planned procurements; and

3. all procurements tabulated in the Procurement Plan are subject to availability of funding. 

All interested suppliers are requested to register with ZPPA so that they can be on the e-GP System and be able to access FRA tenders which will be invited through the e-GP System.
